2. How do you disable the Internet Explorer (IE) 6 popup blocker?

The online scheduler uses a popup window as part of the interface design. When popup blocker is enabled with Internet browser, a user will not be able to see the scheduler function properly. Fortunately, popup blockers can be disabled within your web browser settings for individual websites.

Go to our website home page, www.angelspeech.com, then click on the My Account link to open the login page. Login to your own account or the demo account. Once you've logged in, click on any available appointment slot to see if your web browser allows popup windows. If not, you need to try solution A), or B), or C) below to enable popup windows for your web browser.

From IE, chose Tools > Popup Blocker > Popup Blocker Settings

Add these angelspeech website addresses to the allowed list.

http://*.angelspeech.com, https://*.angelspeech.us and http://*.angelspeech.us

Use the Add and Close buttons to save your settings.

If solution A does not work, try to completely disable the popup blocker by changing IE's settings:

In the IE tool bar, select Tool -->Popup blocker-->Turn off popup blocker.

Try logging in again to see if popups are now enabled.

Click on the Popup Blocker icon on Google Toolbar where the number of popups blocked is displayed. The icon should display "Popup OK", meaning that popups are allowed for our site.

Click on the Popup Blocker icon on the YAHOO Toolbar, choose "Always allows Popups from…". Then select angelspeech sites listed under "Sources of Recently Blocked Popups", click the Allowed button, answer OK to the question "Always allow popups from (angelspeech)…". This will add our site to list under "Always allow popups from these sources…". Click Close to save your changes.
