As monthly notices are sent to users via email for a new invoice, they can view and pay these invoices directly online from their scheduler login. The account service status remains active for paid periods only. Accordingly, non-payment implies that the service will not be renewed.
When an invoice is past due, the automated system will send at least two warnings via email to users. There will be a third warning email to notify users of their account being set to pending. Once this has happened, users will not be able to login unless payment is made to activate the service again.
