How to avoid your billing and support emails being sent to SPAM folder?

Sometimes your mail server will send your billing and support emails from to SPAM folder. This could cause problem for you to receive service properly. You can avoid this problem with a few simple steps:

1) Add these email address in your email contact book (A mailer will not delete your email if the sender is in your contact book).

2) In some mail service such as Gmail, when you have found your email in SPAM folder, you can mark the email as “Not a SPAM”. This will tell the service not to delete email from the same sender in the future.
