How to record your business messages via a phone call?

Before making a recording message you need to get the recording ID assigned to the message. Once you have the ID, you can call AngelSpeech’s recording line to add, replace, and delete a recording message by following ANGELA’s instructions. Your recording should be less than 30 seconds long.

Here are a list of available type of message you can record and how you get the recording ID:

  • Front desk message for all customers
  • Sometimes you have a business message that you want to announce to everyone. This recording is played after ANGELA greets a caller.

    You can also play this message with appointment reminder calls. on setting box for Recording Messenger, set “Play Front Desk Message with all reminder call” to YES. Your reminder call notes will be replaced by this recording.

  • Message to new patients or customers
  • You can play a message that explains your office practice policy to new customers. This recording is played before a new patient or customer makes an appointment with ANGELA by phone.

    You can find your recording ID for Message to new patients or customers on page MyMessenger –> (setting box: Recording Messenger)

  • Message for an appointment type
  • You can add an message to patients or customer for an appointment type only (such as request new patients to arrive earlier for their paper works). This recording is played after ANGELA’s reminder call message.

    You can find your recording ID on Account –> Appointment Type. Click “edit” next to the appointment type name. The ID is with the “Reminder Call Notes”.

  • Follow-up message for an appointment type
  • You can record a follow up call message that will be played on a follow-up call to patients after their appointment.

    You can find your recording ID on Account –> Appointment Type. Click “edit” next to the appointment type name. The ID is with the “Follow-up Call Notes”.

  • Your business name
  • Your business name will be recorded by our voice actress, free of charge, when you start reminder call or virtual receptionist service. Optionally you may also choose to record the business name by yourself. This recording is used for ANGELA to announce her identity to your patients or customers. (i.e., “This is ANGELA, calling from the office of Your_business_name”)

  • Prepaid appointment reminder message
  • Our prepaid reminder call call service also allow an “Add-on Voice Message” to be played on each prepaid account. You can find your recording ID for the reminder call “add-on” message on MyInfo page under “Add-on Voice Message” link.
