How to contact a No-show patient from your scheduler?

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because our system does not allow any change to appointment history, you may only mark a patient as “no-show” in order to send email or phone notification on the date his/her appointment is missed (i.e., today).

How to send a no-show email and phone notification?

Open the patient’s appointment (reschedule page), click NoShow button, a no-show log will be created for the patient. In addition, an notification phone call will be started. You will be able to see the call result from Log –> daily logs page once the call has been completed (within 2 minutes). A no-show notification email (see example below) will be sent to patient’s email address if it is on record.
