Text alert yourself for patient calls, cancellation, reschedule…

To stay in closer contact with your patients, you can text alert yourself for these events:

1. Appointment cancellation and reschedule by patient
2. New patient sign-up
3. Patient emergency calls (to ANGELA)
4. Patient calls (to ANGELA)
5. Account low balance (Prepaid account)

To activate your text alert and choose the events you would like to be alerted for, you can go to myMessenger page (or myInfo page for prepaid user account) to activate the service in Text Alert Messenger section.

You may activate your alert by following the activation steps; providing your mobile number and submit a text verification code.

You may deactivate your alert by removing the mobile number saved by the messenger function.
