For each type of appointment (i.e. dental cleaning), you specify a call-back time (i.e within 150 days following the last dental cleaning) an automated call-back is to be made regarding a follow-up appointment, and a note regarding the follow-up appointment, ANGELA will make the call and deliver your message on time. - Cancellation of appointment on reminder call: $5
Will allow a patient, upon receiving the telephone reminder for a appointment, cancel the appointment during the call. This feature is designed to help medical practice to further reduce no-shows; when potential no-shows slots are cancelled in time, these slots can be assigned to other patients who need them. - Appt. notes attached to reminder: $5
Will allow notes associated a type of appointment (i.e. new patient first visit) be delivered to a patient together with email and telephone reminder (i.e. Preparation required of a patient for the office visit).
